“I am with Paula on this one – Port Wine hands down! It has an emotional bias behind it as I consider it to be one of the oldest, most well-known hallmarks of my birthplace. Emotional preference aside, Port Wine is not only an amazing drink (which can be slowly experienced after a meal, at a terrace, or just about whenever or wherever) but it’s also a journey through time. So with every sip, never forget to honour the ones who started it all, more than 400 years ago!”
